The Town of Cortlandt, (TOC), in Northern Westchester County is undergoing a seismic shift with the loss of jobs and tax revenue as a result of the closing of the Entergy’s Indian Point site. A new initiative was created to attract and market the TOC in a series of creative economic development areas.

Our challenge was to explore and create the branding to support this initiative and help to showcase the beauty and opportunities that live here in the area.
